Refunds Policy

Clear return and refund rules for clothing orders placed through our website.

Return window

Returns or refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with the original label, tags, and packaging intact.

Condition of returned items

Returned products should be sent back in the same condition in which they were delivered. We may decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, damage, missing tags, missing packaging, or any other condition that makes the product unsuitable for resale.

For hygiene, safety, or product-integrity reasons, certain categories may be treated as non-returnable if that is stated on the product page, at checkout, or in a promotional offer.

Wrong, damaged, or incomplete orders

If you receive an incorrect item, a manufacturing defect, or visible transit damage, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photos. We will review the issue and guide you on the next steps.

Where a return is approved because of a wrong or defective item, we may arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund based on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

Refund processing

Refunds are generally processed only after the returned item is received and passes inspection. If approved, the refund will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us.

Bank, card, wallet, or payment-gateway processing times may vary. After approval, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Shipping and reverse pickup

If reverse pickup is available for your location, we may coordinate collection through our logistics partner. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product back using the instructions we provide.

Original shipping charges, expedited delivery charges, duties, or similar service fees may be treated as non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product issue.

Exchanges and cancellations

Exchange requests may be supported subject to stock availability and product condition. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may instead offer a refund or another reasonable resolution.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed, dispatched, or otherwise moved into fulfilment. Once shipped, the order will normally fall under the return process instead of cancellation.
